TLC Schools encourages student to interact with each other on regular basis. We, here at TLC Schools believe that learning is an ongoing process and hence can be achieved only when provided the right environment. Every child has a unique personality therefore everyone can learn something good from each other here every day. Every child here comes from a different family background, culture and society. And they all have a variety of knowledge awaiting to be imparted. Kids are fast learners as their prefrontal cortex is very attentive as compared to adults. This allows children brains’ to learn new things and store more information. Children are free from the pre conceived notions that adults carry.
Our teachers make sure that children learn good habits and positivity from their classmates. A vibrant environment at TLC keeps them motivated to learn and constantly provide opportunity practice what they learnt.
Is it effective?
Learning is effective when done through continuous practice. Each child is handled tenderly and taught to learn and grow. These kids see each other every day, they meet and learn to greet. They learn to talk with everyone. This helps the kid to begin his life and basic understanding of the world around.
How to ensure it?
To ensure that you child’s overall growth is actually taking place TLC Schools focuses on teaching them new things and good habits. These are related to the social world around and are considered to be vital in a child’s overall growth. And a consistency has to be maintained in order to achieve what is expected from these toddlers. The most fun-filled and consistent way is learning from each other.
TLC Schools practices it on regular basis. Watching and learning has always been a part of teaching and taking care. But to ensure a child attains physical, mental and emotional development, being observant is important. Learning from each other not only makes a kid observant but also enhances his thinking skills. A child’s sensory organs are activated and hence efficiency is sooner or later ensured.
When a child watches other child playing, stepping on a stone and then falling down he develops an understanding of not stepping on that stone. This is how they learn and grow.
