Get your Child Started with our Early Education Curriculum
At our Arlington preschool, we carefully chose our curriculum to ensure that your child has the best start possible. The early years for your child are the most important, and because of this, we have selected the Frog Street Early Education Curriculum. We believe that this curriculum is the most appropriate for younger children and helps your child develop at their own pace, from early development to learning skills.
Furthermore, because we understand that children develop at different speeds, we take great care to ensure that every child has a personalized plan. We involve our experienced teachers to help plan your child’s day with engaging lessons plans and schedules. To keep parents informed, we offer schedules and take home materials so that you can be involved in your child’s education and development. Additionally, we implement a wide variety of active learning tools such as computers, puzzles, blocks, art supplies, books and dramatic play areas that offer a broad range of interesting and challenging activities. We enhance our curriculum by adding STEAM based learning as well as play-based learning.
Finally, to supplement your child’s development, we also encourage outdoor playtime in age-appropriate play areas. Supervised and secure, these play spaces allow your child have fun while also exploring the outdoors and getting some exercise. TLC on Green Oaks also features indoor activity rooms that develop gross motor skills and allow our students to enjoy extra activities, like dance, gymnastics, karate and soccer. After much consideration, our private preschool in Arlington, TX selected Frog Street curriculum for students ages infants through Pre-kindergarten. Our infant learning center is proud to provide a dedicated curriculum that ensures your newborn has the best start possible. To accomplish that goal, TLC on Green Oaks uses the High Reach curriculum. HighReach Learning provides material that creates exciting, enriching and effective classroom experiences for children up to the age of five. We utilize HighReach Learning for infants; because of its hands-on activities, children are engaged and discover a passion for learning. Furthermore, this curriculum is designed to assist childhood educators meet the demands and challenges faced every day, such as providing a fun and stimulating environment. Learning should be fun. A well-rounded curriculum incorporates extracurricular activities that expose your child to additional concepts, skills, and more. These additional activities supplement our educational programs and create a well-balanced environment for your child.
